IBM IS HIRING FRESH SOFTWARE ANALYST IN PUNE AND BANGALORE 

JOB DESCRIPTION : 

• Conduct business analysis, analysis and process work for specific projects and prospects.
• Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews, key case reviews, customer due diligence (CDD), and legal reviews. 
• Use strong decision-making skills to make recommendations based on research findings.
• Write a comprehensive report using supporting research notes. 
• Ensure projects adhere to defined engagement standards and procedures 
• Create quality work within program standards.
• Effectively manage work to meet production goals and operational deliverables. 
• Conduct complex investigations and thorough investigations with additional care.
• Working together in a team environment. As necessary, serve in administrative support capacities, such as judicial duties and information tracking and appeals.

• Ambitious individual who can work under own direction for agreed goals/objectives.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and participate in change management initiatives. 
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills to contribute to team efforts by achieving the desired results.
