DELOITTE IS HIRING FRESHERS FOR ANALYTICAL ROLE 

JOB DESCRIPTION : 

• Create custom items from scratch or upgrade existing items by recording Epics and user stories.
• Be the bridge between the customer and the delivery team 
• Create a new test package (test plan, execution plan and data preparation) 
• Test low to medium complexity system applications and analyze all results 
• Report any product defects or non-compliance with business/service requirements 
• Support compliance and enforcement of device control procedures, test procedures and guidelines 
• Actively participate in a community of practice (CoP)

SKILLS REQUIRED : 

• Expertise in research and communication skills (written, oral and presentation) 
• Ability to organize personal work and network within the organization 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a professional team at all levels 
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple projects and raise concerns/questions as appropriate 
• Provide practical solutions and work with the client to implement solutions

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : 

• Seek information / ideas / build relationships with clients to explore future opportunities 
• Demonstrate work ethic, knowledge of processes and understanding of process improvement initiatives 
• Working with SMEs 
• Support technical solutions/options when needed on projects to achieve business objectives.
• Actively participate in the Community of Practice (CoP) and share best practices and principles
