JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Understand and analyze specific customer needs.
• Make a detailed cost estimate based on estimated time and effort, if necessary. Provide input for customer presentations/demonstrations/support (such as licensing and case studies), communications and presentations.
• Provide on-site staff support during the negotiation process. 
• Participate in specific regional events/meetings as required.
• Provide information on RFI/RF response design. 
• Provide support during plan development. Conduct research on enterprise solutions and new platform requirements.
• Participate in seminars/conferences. Prepare contracts, documents, technical documents, etc. will be distributed under the direction of the team leader.
• Development of new solutions. Conduct market research to identify new solution areas.
• Create a business case for a new solution. Share the business case with the lead advisor/head team for input.
• Define new solutions as needed, map solutions developed for customer areas. Provide support for the implementation of projects that include new solutions if necessary.
• Follow up and implement changes and escalations with supervisor if necessary. Knowledge management.
• Update knowledge articles and knowledge management archives. Create a logical reference for the problem.
• Maintain a knowledge management database. Prepare contracts, documents, technical documents, etc. for distribution and submitted to the supervisor for review.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Assist in the selection of a representative team for training.
• Organize training sessions. 
• Organize training with the help of educational institutions.
• Consultants about products and departments and projects? 
• Liaise with the Project/Program Manager to understand how the employee can contribute to the project, solicit feedback and concerns.
• Plan a one-on-one plan each time. 
• Provide guidance to new members.
