 INFOSYS IS HIRING FRESHERS FOR THE POSITION OF PROCESS EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Raise clarifications/questions/concerns regarding the outcome of the work to the lead on time.
  
• Periodically seek peer/senior feedback. 
• Explain any potential risks to prospects and request input to resolve identified issues.
  
• Support equipment support as needed. 
• Provide support and process analysis services.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

• Experience using ticketing tools like Service Now, Solution, Check Me will be an added advantage
• Research problem solvers who will understand problems and solve customer problems
  
• Problem-solving skills and quick thinking to identify and resolve customer issues independently, effectively and efficiently
• Be proactive and show the utmost respect for the customer's time
• Good time management, ensuring all customer contacts add value
• Ability to do multitasking on a computer
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of operating system support on various platforms,
• Productivity tools like MS Outlook, MS Excel, Lotus Notes, etc.
  
• Knowledge of the basic concepts of networks, clouds.
