JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Work closely with Salesforce developers and technical teams. Responsible for conducting technical code reviews and unit tests
  
• Participate in daily development activities
• Monitor projects to meet deadlines and ensure successful delivery
• Maintain technical documentation as required
• Participate in gathering business requirements and build a good understanding of the architecture and propose possible solutions
• Responsible for various relocation services
  
• Performs other work related duties as assigned

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY :

• Good understanding of the Salesforce Sales cloud and cloud service modules
• Development experience in Apex programming, Visualforce, Flash, Spring, etc
  
• Understand database concepts in SOQL, SOSL and SQL
• Use a marketing machine, a service cloud implementation
• Understanding of Salesforce's strengths and limitations of the platform
• Follow Salesforce best practices in development
• Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model
  
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and support of Salesforce CRM across the board
• Actively participate in the implementation of new initiatives, including requirements gathering and solution design
• Manage Salesforce releases and other change requests and migrations. Manage items, reports and dashboards, as well as integrated Salesforce settings using workflow rules, support rules, approval processes, and more.
  
• Business analysis skills to understand stakeholders' needs and propose the best technology solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Experience working with Salesforce Lightning experience

SKILLS REQUIRED :

• Knowledge of front-end development using JavaScript and LWC preferred
• System integration uses preferred APIs
• Knowledge of Lightning Aura components, jQuery
• Any Computer Science or Information Technology degree preferred
