SKILLS REQUIRED :

• Good communication.
• Ability to empathize, calm and manage angry customers with exceptional communication skills. 
• Expertise in basic operating system troubleshooting and willingness to learn new technologies.
  
• Troubleshooting Windows, Outlook, One, Citrix. VDI, VPN, security tools, etc. with remote assistance. 
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a quick schedule.
  
• Handle and resolve customer complaints. 
• Diagnose and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
  
• Provide product and service information to valuable customers. 
• Analyze required information using available resources and propose solutions to clients.
  
• Monitor, diagnose and resolve customer complaints using applicable software. 
• Transfer calls and tickets to the appropriate resource and department that can support the employee.
  
• Record all call information based on standard operating procedures. 
• Identify, record and communicate customer trends and calls to the management team.
  
• Create SOPs for new issues and provide resolution. Call logs and detailed reports.
