JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY :
- Good communication,
- Ability to empathize, calm and manage angry customers with exceptional communication skills.
- Expertise in basic operating system troubleshooting and willingness to learn new technologies. Troubleshooting Windows, Outlook, One, Citrix. VDI, VPN, security tools etc. with remote assistance
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints. Diagnose and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
- Provide product and service information to customers. Analyze required information using available resources and propose solutions to clients.
- Monitor, diagnose and resolve customer complaints using applicable software. Route calls and tickets to the appropriate resources and domains that can best support the user,
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Recognize, document and alert the management team to trends in customer calls. Create SOPs for new issues and provide resolution.
- Call logs and detailed reports.
