JOB DESCRIPTION :
Audited training is a great way to catch the eye of a Shell auditor and immerse yourself in the energy industry. It can also help you choose the right career for you. You will be able to participate every day in a good job, choose according to your interests and abilities.
You will join a team and work with Shell employees who are experts in their field. Their insights will help you understand our business, its needs and its benefits.
You will be supported directly by a supervisor and mentor and you will be assessed regularly throughout your career to ensure you get the most out of the experience. As part of the assessed training, you will have a mid-term assessment with your supervisor and advisor. At the end of your project, you will be asked to prepare a presentation of your work and there will be a discussion about the achievement and performance of your supervisor and your mentor.
