• Services: User Stories / Epic Grooming & Sizing.
• Understand user stories and product owner implementations. 
• Identify new/alternative strategies and recommend them to the team.
• Change user reports (effort measurements, etc.) in relevant work areas. 
• Track and report pending attempts.
  
• System Updates and Purchases: Join the new forum. implement optimization techniques to reduce input (e.g., automation).
  
• support for process analysis projects. 
• Create ideas to add value and share them with those in need.
