JOB DESCRIPTION :

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY :

• Design, build, test, assemble, support and configure applications based on business requirements
• Understand the business factors that will affect performance and deliver software that meets those expectations
• Turn technical processes into solutions; Participate in the development of automation solutions, new services and technologies and integrate them into existing solutions
• Responsible for resolving incidents and providing customer support via voice/email/chat/remote assistance

SKILLS REQUIRED :

• Ability to anticipate and solve business problems and strengths
  
• Multidisciplinary and versatile can learn and apply new skills quickly
• Good research and problem solving skills and good verbal and communication skills
• Submit code, on time and with good expectations and participate in peer review
• Take the power of implementing solutions effectively
• Support infrastructure and / or manage the delivery of IT production processes and services
• Flexibility to move to any part of India and work 24/7 shifts as per business requirement.
• Developing test plans, test procedures, test results and test data
• Apply business and operational knowledge, including test standards, guidelines, and test procedures to achieve team test objectives
• It is responsible for creating test cases for usability testing
• Prepare all reports related to software tests performed
  
• Review the results and submit the sample to the development team
