JOB DESCRIPTION :
It's "Work from home " for CS India. VCS affiliated affiliates will work in the mail to the next hour. It is the responsibility of the associates to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and ‘work-like’ environment at home location so that associates can deliver their best in terms of productivity and quality.
You will receive 6 weeks of mandated online training, either trainer-led or group-based, which will allow you to meet your new team virtually and learn together on how to offer the best customer service experience.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Based on practice, self-discipline and organization
- Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize work schedules to ensure productivity and work standards
- Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external customers
- Good understanding skills - the ability to understand and solve customer problems effectively
- Good writing skills - the ability to write accurate, concise and accurate written responses
- Ability to use a desktop/laptop computer, knowledge of Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer
- Good writing skills
- Must be a self-starter, self-motivator and hard worker who can learn quickly and work with minimal support from a manager and supervisor.
- Must ensure uninterrupted internet connection during transition to ensure maximum productivity
